Hanszen Laporte Obtains Two Dismissal of Federal Court Actions

Over the past week, Anthony Laporte and Zachary Smith obtained two dismissal of federal court actions involving their clients. These cases, both of which involved the validity and enforceability of home equity loans and liens, were dismissed without Hanszen Laporte’s clients paying anything in settlement. Needless to say, Hanszen Laporte’s clients were pleased with that result. Despite courts and courthouses working with limited hours and availability, Hanszen Laporte continues to seek results for its clients, even during these challenging circumstances.
