Hanszen Laporte Secures its Client’s Property and Obtains Take-Nothing Judgment in Property Dispute

Hanszen Laporte attorney Zachary Smith recently obtained a take-nothing judgment in a bench trial that protected the firm’s client’s interests in a recently-purchased property.  Suit had been filed by an opposing party claiming a right in the firm’s client’s property.  The firm and Mr. Smith defended the client’s interest in the property and secured the client’s rights to the property, further obtaining a take nothing judgment against the client.  Even through these difficult times, Hanszen Laporte continues to aid its clients’ interests and achieves successful results as we all navigate these challenging circumstances.
