Hanszen Laporte Secures Dismissal of Action Against Houston Doctor

This week, Hanszen Laporte secured the dismissal of an action against its client, a doctor here in the Houston area. The doctor had been added as an individual defendant to an inter-company lawsuit which was to proceed to arbitration. Hanszen Laporte defeated the efforts of the complaining party to add the doctor to the arbitration proceeding and secured the dismissal of all claims against the client.
